Lou graduated from Colby College in 1972 and is a veteran of the United States Air Force. He joined R.K. Griffith & Associates in 1976. He currently holds the position of President and provides sales coverage of Central and Northern Maine, Northeastern Massachusetts and specific customer accounts in Southern New England including, Shaw Group, Alstom, Gemma Power, Wheelabrator, CPV, Intergen and Capital Power.

Joe joined R.K. Griffith & Associates in 1990 from Conval Inc. where we was the Regional Sales Manager. He currently holds the position of Sales Engineer, providing sales coverage for nuclear accounts including Seabrook New Hampshire, Vermont Yankee, Dominion Millstone & Pilgrim and user accounts in Connecticut, Western Massachusetts and Vermont. Joe is also the Director of Distribution Sales and Service Manager for Fireye & Rosemount Analytical.

Jeff graduated from Lehigh University with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering in 2002 and from Worcester Polytechnic Institute with a MBA in 2007. Prior to joining R.K. Griffith in 2009, he worked 7 years for Riley Power/Babcock Power. Jeff is a registered professional engineer in Massachusetts. He currently holds the position of Sales Engineer, providing sales coverage of Babcock Power, Constellation, Public Service Company of NH, Dominion Energy and all accounts in Southern Maine, Southeastern Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Rhode Island.

Crystal joined R.K. Griffith & Associates in 1997. She is responsible for all facets of order administration, providing expediting services as needed from order placement to fulfillment. Crystal consistently provides a high level of support to the sales team. She is accountable for distribution lines from quote preparation to purchasing of resale material.

Shari joined R.K. Griffith in 2011. Prior to joining R.K. Griffith, Shari served as Manager of Summer Operations for WPI. Shari manages the marketing functions of the company including publicity material, events and website. She also provides support for the sales team and quote preparation for commodity items and parts.
