From their state of the art fabrication facility in Lyman, South Carolina, Boiler Tube Company of America (BTA), a wholly owned subsidiary of Babcock Power Inc., supplies replacement boiler pressure parts for all styles of boilers, regardless of the OEM, to the electric utility, pulp and paper, waste-to-energy, petrochemical, marine, sugar and grain industries. Their facility has over 700,000 cubic feet of warehousing, which houses one of the largest straight tube inventories in the US. In 2016, BTA installed a state-of-the-art tubing finning machine for fabricating spiral finned tubing for Heat Recovery Steam Generator applications.
